Radhia Syahira is our Legal Associate who has been called to the bar on 6th October 2023. During her pupillage, she trained under the supervision of the distinguished Dato’ Shamesh a/l Jeevaretnam, a certified arbitrator and President of the Home Buyers Tribunal. She had adeptly assisted in diverse civil litigation matters focusing on commercial disputes, intellectual property cases focusing on trademark infringement and copyright disputes and a substantial RM2.4 million construction claim against developer.

During her first year experience as a Legal Associate in Messrs. Sham & Co, she had continued to develop her litigation experience under the guidance of Ms. Shamalah Selvarajah, who focuses on various complex litigation matters. Radhia had the opportunity to assist Ms. Shamalah in two Court of Appeal matters. One of which, they had successfully demonstrated that it was inherent and trite law that beneficiaries have no legal interest in the estate of the deceased pending the administration of the said estate.
